Biotherm’s Blue Therapy Red Algae Uplift review

I received a full-size (50 ml) Biotherm’s Blue Therapy Red Algae uplift for free from Topbox Circle for reviewing purposes. I have been using this firming cream for the past week and I am already loving it! Biotherm is considered as being a high-end skincare brand and I got really excited that I got chosen to review this product especially that they sent a full-size product worth $89 CAD (AHH!) !

I use this cream it in the morning and at night on my face and neck (as directed on the bottle). A small amount is all you need! This face cream is a rosy color cream and it feels very silky. It quickly absorbs into the skin leaving my really dry skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I currently do not have any wrinkles but this cream will help delay them from coming. I also love the scent! My skin will look forever young! The product is a bit pricey but it is worth every penny. I definitely recommend this product to those who have dry skin, sign of aging and to those who wants to maintain the

Pampers Swaddlers Review

I received the Pampers Swaddlers voxbox from Influenster for free for reviewing purposes. My family and I are already big fans of Pampers for many years! They are reliable and have a big range of diapers and wipes. I was so happy to be part of this campaign. We can never have too many diapers and wipes in this house! In this voxbox, I received a pack of Pampers: size 2 (Influenster sent a questionnaire last month asking which size is best for our baby), a full-size pack of wipes, a cute Pampers tote bag and some coupons.

Before Alyssa was born, I stocked up on a lot of Pampers diapers (a variety of sizes for different stages) and wipes. So, she has been wearing Pampers since she arrived! Even the hospital where she was born provided us with this same brand of diapers. The feature I liked the most is the yellow line. It turns blue when the diaper is wet! Feeling the diaper to see if it is full can be a challenge. I also like how the diaper is snug  on the baby’s bottom and has good coverage in the back.

Pampers has added a new feature in their diapers – the heart quilts – that absorbs pee ( and especially big poop explosions!) by keeping the baby’s skin soft. There are also Air Dry channels throughout the diaper that provides breathable dryness and up to 12 hours of protection. There have been a few times where Alyssa would sleep 6 hours straight during the night and when it was time to change her diaper it weighed so much! The diaper absorbed all the pee without any leak.

The wipes are also great!  They are made for sensitive skin. There are no fragrance and are hypoallergenic. It cleans the baby’s bottom without any irritation leaving it moisturized, fresh and clean. They can also be used to clean the face and hands. These pack of wipes are perfect for travelling. The only thing that may can be annoying is that when you pull out a wipe, there may be 2 or 3 that comes out at the same time. Then I have to stick it back in the pack.

So far, I have not seen any irritation on Alyssa’s skin from using these diapers and wipes. I definitely recommend Pampers Swaddlers especially in the early months . I will of course continue to use and buy Pampers. The coupons will come in handy in my next purchase! Thank you again Influenser for this great opportunity!

Pure Leaf: Green Tea with Mint Review

I received the Pure Leaf in Green tea with Mint for free from the Chickadvisor review club for reviewing purposes. I was so glad to be one of the advocates! I have always wanted to try Pure Leaf teas but I never had the opportunity.

I have been testing out the tea for a few days and I love it! The fragrance and taste is really refreshing. You can really taste the combination of these two flavors. I tried it hot and cold (by adding ice). Both method tastes great! I also like the clear packaging where you can see how many sachets are left and it is not too bulky. The container can even be reuse to hold other teas!

I definitely recommend this tea to all the tea lovers out there especially to those who like the combination of green tea and peppermint leaves. Also, to all the mamas out there, this can relax you after spending the whole day with the little one(s). I see myself purchasing this and trying out the other flavors! Thank you again to ChickAdvisor for sending me this!

Happy Planet: Clean Protein Review

Happy New Year everyone!

Now that all the Holiday festivities are over, it is time to go back to eating healthy! I am starting the year with my review on Happy Planet: Clean Protein smoothie. I received this product for free from Social Nature for testing purposes. They sent a voucher to redeem a Free Happy Planet: Clean Protein smoothie at my local grocery store. There are 3 flavors: Creamy vanilla, Fair trade chocolate & coconut, and Banana cashew. I chose the flavor Banana Cashew for my review because I love these two combination!

There are so many good things about this smoothie! After drinking my first glass, I love the taste! The bottle comes in a decent size (900ml). It contains 10g of dairy free plant protein, there are no artificial coloring, preservatives or flavours. The ingredients used are locally picked here in Canada! The only thing is that it is on the pricey side ($5.99 at Metro Quebec). However, with the amount and all the nutrients and natural ingredients in each bottle it is well worth it.

I definitely recommend this especially to those who are constantly busy or even after working out. You can find this smoothie and other Happy Planet products across Canada at Real Canadian Superstore, Provigo, Avril, Loblaws, Goodness Me, Highland Farms and Metro (Quebec). I’m really curious and would love to try the other flavours and even products from the brand now that I discovered the Happy Planet!

Let me know in the comment section if you ever tried this smoothie or any Happy Planet beverages before. What are your thoughts about it? Any recommendations? #trynatural #HappyNotHangry
